Inizio percorso da Riva via Ardaro proseguendo oltre San Giacomo e immettersi nella provinciale n° 37 che porta abbastanza agevolmente a Deva e Pranzo. Al 2° tornante sopra questo paese deviazione a sinistra per Campi attraversando un bel castagneto. Prima di quest’ultimo borgo la strada si inerpica un po’ e ,passato l’abitato, gira a destra in direzione Malga Grassi ; poco sopra, un buon sentiero conduce alla zona archeologica di San Martino (da visitare) con ruderi di edifici romani. Tornati sulla stessa via sulla strada asfaltata si percorre ancora un buon tratto prima di pascoli di Malga Pranzo attorniati da conifere e faggete e sotto le creste frastagliate delle cime di Pichea. Girare a sinistra all’inizio dei prati per un ristoro alla Capanna Grassi, poi prendere il sentiero la malga omonima che scende sulla destra del torrente Gamella sino al piccolo abitato di "Parisi" ; portarsi poi sulla stradina che passa davanti alla piccola chiesa di San Rocco. Da qui una lunga discesa tra i boschi riporta a Riva del Garda passando per località Pinza, la tonda chiesetta rudere di San Giovanni con splendida vista sul lago e giù ancora tenendo sempre il percorso ora su cemento sino a Santa Maria Maddalena e poi sino ad una dritta strada forestale che risale leggermente verso l’antico bastione di Riva con vista sopra la cittadina. La strada ridiscende con piccoli tornanti asfaltati sulla statale.

The route leaves Riva del Garda up via Ardaro going through San Giacomo and out onto the road (No.37) which leads easily enough to Deva and Pranzo. At the second hairpin after Pranzo take a diversion to the left for Campi through fine chestnut trees. Before the village the road climbs a little and after the houses turn to the right in the direction of Malga Grassi. A little further up a good path leads to the archaeological site of San Martino with remains of Roman buildings (worth a visit). Going back by the same asphalted route there is another good section before the meadows of Malga Pranzo surrounded by conifers and beech woods beneath the jagged crests of Pichea peaks. Turn left at the beginning of the meadows for a break at the Capanna Grassi and then take the path above the Malga of the same name. This leads down the right side of the stream Gamella to the tiny hamlet of "Parisi" where you take the little road that passes in front of the little church of San Rocco. From here a long descend through the woods brings you back to Riva del Garda passing through Pinza ,and by the little round ruined church of San Giovanni with its splendid lake view. Further down, keeping to the route now surfaced as far as Santa Maria Maddalena and then on to a straight forest road that rises slightly you reach Riva’s old Venetian Bastione, With its view over the town. The road goes down again in little asphalted hairpins to the main road.

Der Weg beginnt in der Via Ardaro in Riva, führt über San Giacomo und mündet auf die Provinzial-Strasse N° 37, die rechts bequem nach Deva und Pranzo führt. An der 2. Kurve oberhalb des Ortes biegt man nach links Richtung Campi ab und durchquert einen Wald mit Kastanien. Vor Campi wird die Strasse etwas kurvenreicher und biegt nach dem Ort nach rechts, Richtung Malga Grassi, ab. Etwas weiter oben führt ein gut ausgebauter Weg zu den Grabungen in San Martino mit Überresten aus der Römerzeit. Nan kehrt auf demselben Weg zu dem asphaltierten Anstieg zurück und läßt ein gutes Stück Weg hinter sich, bevor man die Wiesen der Malga Pranzo erreicht, die von Buchen und Koniferen umstanden ist und unterhalb der Cima Pichea liegt. Wo die Wiesen beginnen geht es nach links zu einer Pause an der Capanna Grassi, dann nimmt man den Weg oberhalb von Malga Grassi, der bis zu den Häusern von Parisi absteigt. Dann weiter auf der Strasse vor der kleinen Kirche San Rocco. Von hier führt eine lange Abfahrt nach Riva, durch Pinza, an der Ruine des Kirchleins San Giovanni vorbei, mit schönem Blick auf den See und der Weg bleibt auf Zement bis Santa Maria Maddalena, dann steigt eine gerade Strasse leicht bergan bis zur venezianischen Bastion von Riva mit Blick über das Städtchen. Die Straße führt in engen Kurven auf die Staatsstraße zurück.
